From South Interstate 75, take exit 49: Travel east on Decatur Pike Blvd. Cross Highway 11, also known as Congress Parkway. Follow Decatur Pike through the campus of Tennessee Wesleyan College. Turn right onto Washington Avenue at light #D8. The Majestic Mansion B & B is located on the right just about a block off Decatur Pike. The total driving distance from I-75 is about four miles.

From North Interstate 75, take exit 52: Travel east on county road # 305, also known as Mt. Verd Road. Stay on 305 for approximately five miles, or until the second signal light. Go straight through the intersection, for this road becomes East Washington Avenue. The Majestic Mansion B & B is located on the right just about a block off Decatur Pike. The total driving distance from I-75 is about five miles. We are located approximately halfway between Chattanooga and Knoxville.
