Each guestroom of our Smoky Mountain bed and breakfast has a charm all its own and each is decorated with an eye to your comfort and satisfaction and equipped with a number of fine amenities. You are truly our focus during your stay in our Tennessee vacation accommodations. After a day spent experiencing all the wonderful activities and attractions that Athens, TN area has to offer, return to the Inn to enjoy one of our exceptional guestrooms. You may even choose to make your stay even more memorable by scheduling an in-room massage or spa treatment.
Rates below are based upon double occupancy and include a full breakfast; tax is not included. For each additional person in the room add $20. We require a two night minimum on the weekends.

The Empress
Escape to the Orient with one step into The Empress Room. Art and artifacts from Japan, Korea and China let you know you’re in a special place. A feather bed and comforter enclose you in softness to read, to watch TV, to sleep or perhaps to dream. Whether you enjoy the sunken whirlpool tub at your leisure or a pounding shower to start the day off right you’ll enjoy the heated towel bar which keeps your towels warm and ready any time of the day or night.

The Ambassador
Escape to the turn of the century where elegance was in evidence in The Ambassador Room. Full of antiques from our family and brimming with charm, this room caters to your desire to spend a night surrounded in beauty. A comfortable queen size bed awaits you. Write a note home on the Lady’s Writing Chair or have tea in your own private sun porch as you read or gaze in thought at the gardens. Soak in the clawfoot tub with our favorite bath salts. You may decide not to leave your room.

The King of the Mountain
Escape to the hills of Tennessee in The King of the Mountain Room. Where else would you find a barn door on the bathroom, a claw foot tub with shower or an antique bed from the 1850's? Enjoy grandma’s custom mattress that is larger than a double but not as large as a queen bed as you read, watch TV or movies and rest from hiking the hills around McMinn County. Sorry, no corncob pipes allowed.

A celebration of Tennessee's heritage, the mountain people. The bathroom features a clawfoot tub and a real barn door. With country decor and an antique bed this room takes you back to "the good old days." However, you will find twentieth-century amenities including a TV, VCR and WIFI. "Come set a spell!"

The Aslan
Escape through the wardrobe into The Aslan Room from The King of the Mountain Room. Let your children enjoy the magical land of Narnia and their own vacation memories. A friendly mural of Aslan, Mr. and Mrs. Beaver, and the lamp post decorate all four walls with whimsy and fun. Both picture books and all seven of the Chronicles of Narnia are available.
